ORDER
Heard Mr.M.Thamizhavel, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent. In the light of the order that is to be passed in this writ petition, this Court is of the view that notice to the first respondent can be dispensed with.
2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the first respondent to sanction the bank loan in a sum of Rs.1,90,000/- as per his representation dated 20.11.2014.
3. The petitioner had applied for a loan under the scheme permitted by the Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar Housing Development Corporation.
The second respondent after scrutinizing the application submitted by the petitioner, had forwarded the same to the first respondent Bank vide its recommendation dated 21.09.2013 for considering and granting of loan. However, till date, the loan https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
amount was not sanctioned by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner once again submitted a representation dated 20.11.2014 before respondents 1 and 2. Even that representation was not considered by the respondents. Hence the present writ petition.

In the light of the aforesaid facts, without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law and intimate the same to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to forward a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order to the first respondent.
5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
