ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for exclusive trial of CCB and CBCID cases, Egmore on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.31652 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024. Page No.1 of 4

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 31652 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once a week i.e, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
