In view of the narrow prayer made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass orders on the proposal bearing Na.Ka.3174/2014 (c) dated 21.11.2014 sent by the second respondent with regard to inclusion of petitioner's name in the panel for promotion to the post of Deputy Tahsildar for the year 2014, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
