Learned counsel for the respondent /defendant would submit that despite Caveat Petition having been filed, Registry has not printed their name, when the matter came up for hearing on 21.09.2016. 3.From the perusal of the records, it is clear that Registry has committed mistake by not printing the name of the caveator.

4. However, with regard to the allegation of publishing news is concerned, it is submitted by the learned counsels that no publication would be made henceforth in any of the paper or media or in any electronic modes till the next date of hearing. Learned counsel for the respondent also submits that no further action would be taken against the applicant. The submissions made on either sides is hereby recorded. Post the matter for further hearing on 29.09.2016.
