(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order dated 18.03.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.6261 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the order was granted on 18.03.2020 and due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, he was unable to get the order and thereby seek extension of time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court as ordered by this Court, from lifting of lockdown or the commencement of Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
