O R D E R
The petitioners filed a suit in O.S. SR No. 1370 of 2017 before the District Munsif Court, Arcot, Vellore District. The trial court has returned the said plaint on 26.10.2017 pointing out certain defects in the plaint. The learned counsel for the petitioners rectified and represented the plaint on 06.11.2017. Again the plaint was returned stating that the previous return has not been complied with. Challenging the same, the present revision petition is filed before this Couf.
2. At this stage, this Court is inclined only to direct the petitioners to re-present the plaint papers, with proper explanation, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation of the plaint, if it is in order and satisfactory, the court below is directed to number the suit. Otherwise, the same shall be returned stating proper reasons to the petitioners.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No order as to costs.
