These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 515 days in filing petition to set aside abatement on account of death of the first respondent; set aside the abatement of account caused due to the first respondent and to bring on record the legal heirs 2 to 5 of deceased 1st respondent Dhandapani and rank them as respondents 3 to 6 in the above revision.

2. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties and in order to advance substantive justice, these petitions are ordered, accordingly.
