This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the FIR in crime No.207 of 2017 pending on

the file of the Inspector of Police, Thirunavalur Police Station, Villupuram District and to quash the same 2.

On instruction, the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the FIR registered in crime No.207 of 2017 was already closed under Section 468(2) of Cr.P.C. on the ground of limitation by the learned Magistrate concerned. 3.

Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
