ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and grant free patta based on the recommendation of the 2nd respondent vide proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.468/2022/A2 dated 01.09.2023 within the timeframe.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is the contention of the petitioner that the despite the fact that the second respondent/RDO has recommended for issuance of patta in proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.468/2022/A2 dated 01.09.2023, no order has been passed by the first respondent. Hence, seeks a direction.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.468/2022/A2 dated 01.09.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 2/4
