O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The third respondent has already taken steps to protect the temple land by addressing communications to the fourth respondent / District Collector, as available at page 29 of the typed set, in November, 2014, and where pattas have been issued, appeals have also been filed.

2.In view of aforesaid facts, the concerned authorities are already seized with the issue and no direction in the present Public Interest Litigation is required, except to call upon the authorities to expeditiously examine the matter, which is already before them and take a considered view, within a maximum period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
