This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to continue to engage the petitioners on the same terms till the Industrial Dispute raised by the petitioner on 13.03.2023 is referred to the Labour Court for adjudication. Page No.2 of 4

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
