O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police has approached this Court for anticipatory bail with Crime No. Not Known of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Madathukulam Police Station, Tiruppur District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the fact remains that one Muthuselvi had married one Krishnadeepak. Thereafter, the said Krishnadeepak had left the matrimonial home. Therefore, the said Muthuselvi had lodged a complaint before the respondent police and the same was registered in Crime No.884 of 2020 for Man Missing subsequently, the said Krishnadeepak was found and that the FIR was closed. Thereafter, there were frequent quarrels between the said Muthuselvi and her husband Krishnadeepak. Therefore, the respondent police had referred their case to Revenue Divisional Officer, Udumalpet, for conducting peace meeting and the peace meeting in C.No.3 of 2020 has been fixed on 10.08.2020. He further submitted that the present petitioner is the relative of the said Krishnadeepak and he is not required for any enquiry before the respondent police at this moment.
