No. 3163 of 2014 in A.R.C. No.521 of 2012 on the file of IX Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai (IN C.R.P.(NPD).No.907/2016);

(ii) Petitions under Article 227, constitution of India, filed against the order dated 03.03.2016 in returning the E.A Sr.No. 7007 of 2016 in E.P. No. 3163 of 2014 in A.R.C.No.521 of 2012 on the file of IX Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai (IN C.R.P.(NPD).No.908/2016) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(iii)To Stay all further proceedings in E.P. No. 3163 of 2014 before IX Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, (IN C.M.P.No.5037/2016) pending disposal of the above C.R.P.(NPD).

No.907/2016 Order : This Petition coming for Extension of time on the Sixth day of January Two Thousand Twenty Two and perusing the earlier order dated 24/08/2021 and letter dater 17/12/2021 vide D.No.12617 from the Principal Judge (FAC), City Civil Court, Chennai - 104, this court made the the following order :- By an order dated 24.08.2021, this Court allowed C.R.P.(NPD). Nos.907 & 908 of 2016, with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of E.A.Sr.No.7007 of 2016 in E.P.No.3163 of 2014 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.The learned IX Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, by a letter to the Registry, dated 14.12.2021, seeks extension of three weeks time to dispose of E.A.Sr.No.7007 of 2016 in E.P.No.3163 of 2014 on the ground that the petitioner has not represented the returned petition in E.A.Sr.No.7007 of 2016 and hence, speedy disposal of the case has been delayed.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the leanred IX Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, three months time is hereby granted to dispose of E.A.Sr.No.7007 of 2016 in E.P.No.3163 of 2014 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
