These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 505 days in filing the above appeals.

2. Heard Mr.K.Poomalai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Ma.P.Thangavel, learned counsel for the respondents/claimants.

3. Though the learned counsel for the respondents/claimants would state that the delay has not been properly explained by the petitioner, however, considering the fact that the appeal preferred by the claimants seeking enhancement of compensation is pending, and also satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
