2/5 PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to correct the wrong entry held in the A-Register in the S.No.352/2 at Allrepatti village, Kovil Pudhur, Melnaadu, Periyakalrayan Hill, Pethanaickanpalayam Taluk, Salem District which mentioned as 0.25.0 Hec instead of 1.25.0 Hec within the specific period of time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1 st and 2 nd respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for correcting the wrong entry in the 'A' Register pertaining to the subject property.

2.Heard Mr.T.Ganesan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 5.

3/5 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and also taking note of the communication made by the 5 th respondent to the 4 th respondent dated 21.08.2021, recommending for the correction of the wrong entry, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to take a decision and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
