ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Sunder Mohan J.) The petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus to consider her representation dated 21.11.2025 by which she had sought for leave for 30 days for her son viz., Subramani, S/o.Nagalingam, aged 44 years, who is a convict prisoner confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai.

2. Mr.C.R.Malarvannan, learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the petitioner's representation would be duly considered within a period of ten days.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, we direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2025, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the order passed immediately thereafter to the petitioner.
