No.B2/32000/2014 dated 28.05.2015 and quash Sl.No.110 in as much as it declares as 'Held over' and consequently direct the respondent to declare the petitioner's candidature as 'Selected' and to promote him to the post of Forest Ranger by placing him above his juniors in the appropriate place.
