ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned I Additional District Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur, to accept the surrender of the petitioners herein before him concerned in Crime No.317 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Perambur Police Station, Nagapattinam District and consider their bail petition on the same day itself.

2. It is seen that the petitioners A1 and A3 are history sheeted rowdies and that, A2 is involved in previous cases. Hence, the usual order, directing the trial Court to consider the bail application on the same day, cannot be granted. However, the petitioners are at liberty to surrender before the I Additional District Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur, and their petitions shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

With the above observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
