ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2022 and issue separate Patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the subject property.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that Patta has been granted to the petitioner in respect of the subject property.

3. Recording the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. This Writ Petition is closed. No Costs.
