In view of the demise of the 4th respondent/Loganayaki, the appellant has taken out the application to condone delay of 1938 days, to set aside the abatement and to bring the 11th respondent on record as LR of the deceased 4th respondent.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit, these applications are allowed.

3. Post the main appeal on 01.03.2022 for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to file amended clean copy.
