(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5375 of 2020 dated 09.03.2020 on behalf of the petitioners/accused.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. 4.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
