(The case has been heard through video conference) Crl.M.P.No.4640 of 2020 has been filed to amend the provision of the offence stated in Crl.O.P.No.4888 of 2020, dated 05.03.2020 as "offence under Section 448, 249B, 324, 506(ii) of IPC" instead of "Section 448, 294B, 294, 506(ii) of IPC".

2. Crl.M.P.No.4525 of 2020 has been filed to extend the time in Crl.OP.No.4888 of 2020 dated 05.03.2020.

3. Considering the facts and submissions made by the learned counsel, Crl.M.P.No.4640 of 2020 is ordered as prayed for. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, Crl.M.P.No.4525 of 2020 petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner after lifting of lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, for execution of bail bond as ordered by this Court, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
