Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.VISWANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.D.LAKSHMIPATHY, Advocate on behalf of the 1 & 2 Respondents and of M/S.J.BALAGOPAL, Special Government Pleader on behalf of the 3rd respondent the court made the following order:- In this petition, conditional order of stay has been granted on 23.10.2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the conditional order has been complied with by the petitioner by depositing the amount as ordered. Hence, the interim stay is made absolute and accordingly this petition is ordered.
