O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 19.11.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property, which has been classified as 'Anatheenam'.

2. Heard Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the first respondent along with all the relevant documents. The first respondent shall consider the same in line with G.O.Ms.No.97 dated 21.02.2025 and pass orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh 2/4

representation from the petitioner.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
