This petition is filed to substitute the respondents 261 to 268 herein on record as the legal representatives in the place of the deceased 121st respondent and rank them as respondents 261 to 268 in the above Writ Appeal.
2.Mr.C.Jagdish, learned counsel takes notice for respondents 261, 262, 264 to 268.
3.Though notice has been served on the 263rd respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him, either in person or through counsel.
4.The learned counsel appearing for respondents 261, 262, 264 to 268 has no objection for ordering this petition.
5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for respondents 261, 262, 264 to 268, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
