ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that he should report before the respondent police daily at Page No.1 of 4
10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3303 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3303 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025 is relaxed.
