Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to give police protection to the third respondent quarry situated in S.Nos.41/2A, 41/2B, 41/2D, 41/2E, 106/1 (part) and 106/3 (Part) totally measuring an extent of 2.11.0 hectares in Elayampalayam Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District till the disposal of the Civil Appeal No.11076 of 2017 pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
