PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2022 and consequently, to re-convey the land measuring 1.02 acres situated in Survey No.565/3C1 situated in the Village of Varatanapalli in the Taluk of Krishnagiri as contemplated under Section 48-B of the Land Acquisition (Tamil Nadu Amendment), Act, 1996, within any reasonable time as fixed by this Court.
