This petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioner to withdraw the award amount of Rs.15,00,000/- along with interest in Award No.IO/CHN/A/G1/0126/20192020 dated 27.09.2019, deposited in the name of the Registrar General High Court, Madras in W.P.No.33599 of 2019 which has been already dismissed by this Court on 26.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 have no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to disburse the entire amount to the petitioner.
