No.20 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J The present applications are filed for substituted service on the respondent in the interim applications. The applicant states that notice was despatched to the address indicated in the cause title. However, notice could not be served at the said address. The plaintiff also ascertained one more address to which notice was sent. Once again, service could not be effected at the said address. The present application is filed in the said facts and circumstances.

2. Upon considering the above submissions and on examining the reasons set out in the affidavit in support of the application, the applicant has made out a case for service by publication. Accordingly, A.Nos.1909, 1910, 1911 of 2022 are allowed by directing the applicant to effect service by publication in one issue of the English daily THE TIMES OF INDIA and one issue of the Tamil daily DAILY THANTHI with circulation in Dindigul specifying the next date of hearing as 13.06.2022.
