Mr.Y.Kajanavas C O M M O N O R D E R The accused has filed Crl.O.P.No.19462 of 2018 praying to direct the second respondent-Additional Superintendent of Police, City Special Unit, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Chennai, to comply with the order of this Court, passed in Crl.O.P.No.11903 of 2018, dated 23.04.2018.

2. Crl.M.P.No.11115 of 2018 has been filed by the Additional Superintendent of Police, City Special Unit-3, Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Chennai - 16 seeking further period of three months enabling him to file the final report as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11903 of 2018 dated 23.04.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation is over and that they have also approached the sanctioning authority to grant sanction to prosecute the accused persons. In respect of A2, A3 and A4, sanction had been granted, whereas in respect of A1, it is awaited. He would further submit final report would be filed after sanction is granted in respect of A1.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), further time is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11903 of 2018 dated 23.04.2018.

5. With the above observations and direction, Crl.O.P.No.19462 of 2018 and Crl.M.P.No.11115 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.11903 of 2018 are disposed of.
