ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.102 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent (CB-CID) and complete investigation within a stipulated period.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that First Information Report was registered on 27.08.2022. So far investigation is not completed and final report is not filed. Thus, this petition.

3. In response, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that investigation in this case is completed and final report would be filed soon.

4. In view of the submissions of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that, investigation in this case is completed and final report would be filed soon, there is no need to transfer the investigation in Crime No.102 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent
