ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for limited relief.

2. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the suit in O.S. No.36 of 2023 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Maduranthakam. The petitioner is aged 55 years. The suit was filed by the petitioner, seeking for permanent injunction to restrain the respondents from registering any document pertaining to the suit schedule property.

3. As seen from the affidavit filed in support of this Civil Revision Petition, the respondents who are the defendant in the suit are yet to cross examine the plaintiff's witness, despite several opportunities having been given by the Trial Court. The suit is of the year 2023.

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.36 of 2023 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. After giving due consideration to the present stage of the suit, this Court is of the considered view that a direction can be issued to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the Trial Court viz., the District Munsif Court, Maduranthakam to dispose of O.S. No.36 of 2023 by passing a final judgment within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court. No Costs.
