When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on the earlier occasion i.e., on 7.10.2014, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
