(The case has been heard through video conference) Today (24.07.2020), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that there is no case, no petition pending against the petitioners before the Chengalpattu Taluk Police Station. However, intervener Mr.Senthilkumar, appeared and represented that there is a case pending against the petitioners before the Palur Police Station in Crime No.564 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 & 475 of IPC.
