Today, the detenue/wife is produced by the respondent Police before this Court.
2. When we enquired the detenue, she has stated that she is not willing to live with her husband/petitioner herein, as she suffers ill-treatment at the hands of the petitioner.
3. Recording the same, as the detenue is a major aged 24 years, she is set at liberty.
