PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent herein to complete the investigation in Crime No.15 of 2022 pending on the file of respondent police to file final report within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in respect of Crime No.15 of 2022 within a time frame as fixed by this court.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondent would submit that the F.I.R. in Crime No.15 of 2022 has been closed as mistake of fact.
3. Though the direction is sought to file a final report, it is stated by the learned Government Advocate that the matter has been closed as mistake of fact on the complaint of the petitioner. In such view of the matter, this petition has become infructuous and it is well open to the petitioner to proceed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
per law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
