J U D G M E N T

The plaintiff filed the suit against the defendants praying for a decree directing them to pay a sum of Rs.1,27,52,860/- (Rupees one crore twenty seven lakhs fifty two thousand and eight hundred and sixty only) along with interest at 24% per annum on Rs.1,20,31,000/- till date of payment.

2. Subsequent to the appearance of the defendants, the parties have settled the matter.

3. The plaintiff and defendants executed a memorandum of compromise dated 07th January 2016. The memorandum contains the terms and conditions of the settlement. The parties wanted a decree in terms of the memorandum of compromise.

4. Mr.Venkata Krishna Gunti, Director and authorised signatory of the Plaintiff Company is present. Similarly Mrs.N.Linguasamy and Mr. N.Subash Chandra Bose, Directors of the 1st defendant's company are also present. The parties have confirmed the execution of memorandum of compromise.

5. There shall be a decree in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise dated 07th January, 2016. The Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of decree. Consequently connected Applications are closed. No costs.
