This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case against the respondents 3 to 7 on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is seen that this petitioner has lodged a complaint to the respondent Police alleging that he is in love with one Ayisha and that she is not responding. On the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted, in which, Ayisha appeared before the Police and has given a signed written statement that she was not in love with the petitioner. Further, she has also stated that in her representation that the petitioner is unnecessarily harassing her.

4. Under such circumstances, this petition is dismissed. If there is any fresh complaint from Ayisha against this petitioner, the respondent Police is directed to register a case against the petitioner under Women Harassment Act.
