(ii)To pass an order of ad interim injunction till the disposal of the above second appeal, thereby restraining the respondents/respondents their men, agents servants and others authorized on their behalf from alienating and encumbeing the suit properties to any one and pass such other order or orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the above appeal(in CMP.No.8223/2020)respectively.
