ORDER

(Made by Ms.Indira Banerjee, Chief Justice) This writ petition in public interest has been filed to prevent reopening of 18 liquor shops along National Highway 45A.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the State respondents submits that, as of now, no decision has been taken.

3. Since no decision has been taken, the writ petition is premature. It is, however, expected that before any decision is taken, the respondent authorities will consider the representation, if any, made by the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
