This criminal original petition is filed to to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.632/2025 dated 11.12.2025 on the file of the Arani Town Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District and quash the same. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No. 49 of 2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arni. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
