[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] The learned counsel appearing for the contemnor would submit that in the light of the Compliance Report, the order which is the subject matter of contempt has been complied with and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also on instructions would submit that the order has been complied with.

2. This Court has also perused the affidavit of compliance dated 11.10.2019 filed on behalf of Indian Council of Medical Research and pay arrears in the form of Cheque has also been paid to the petitioner.

3. In the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
