By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider her representation dated 30.01.2017 and consequently direct the 4th respondent to include her name in the Revenue records as a joint owner of the properties based on the Decree in O.S. No.469 of 2010 dated 15.6.2011 and I.A.No.347 of 2013 in O.S.No.469 of 2016 dated 30.9.2006 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Polur within a stipulated period of time.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, pursuant to decree in O.S. No.469 of 2010 dated 15.6.2011 and I.A. No.347 of 2013 in O.S.No.469 of 2016 dated 30.9.2006 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Polur, the petitioner approached the authorities by representation dated 30.01.2017 to include her name in the revenue records, but the same is yet to be disposed of. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for respondents 1 to 5, submits that such representation would be considered on merits. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation dated 30.01.2017 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
