CRP.No.3820/2022 : Mr.N.Manoharan C O M M O N O R D E R These Petitions have been filed to set aside the Order passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, dated 19.04.2022 and 12.09.2022 in I.A.No.11 of 2022 and I.A.No.8 of 2021 in O.S.No.37 of 2020.

2. When the case came up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner in both cases and the learned Counsel for the Respondent in both cases appeared and submitted that as per the Order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in CRP.Nos.1550 and 3820/2022 dated 20.01.2023, the parties had arrived at a compromise.

3. In continuation of the order passed in CRP.Nos.1550 and 3820/2022, the parties had complied with the conditions. The cheque bearing No.081933 drawn in South Indian Bank, Dharmapuri Branch is returned to the Petitioner in CRP.No.1550/2022, today. The entire balance as per Order dated 20.01.2023 had been paid and the same is 2/5

recorded.

4. The terms of Compromise recorded in I.A.No.11/2022 in O.S.No.37/2020 is modified as per the terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties before this Court.

In the light of the compromise memo, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
