J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This intra Court appeal has been directed against the order dated 03.11.2020 made in W.P.No.6623 of 2013.

2. When the writ appeal is taken up for final hearing, Ms.K.Jenitha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent / writ petitioner, on instructions, would submit that, the order of the writ Court has been complied with, therefore nothing would survive in this writ appeal.

3. This position has not been controverted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants.

4. In view of the said position as the appellants have already complied with the orders which is impugned herein, no further adjudication is required in this writ appeal.

5. Recording the same, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as having become 2/4

infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
