JUDGMENT

The prayer sought for in the present appeal is to set aside the judgment and decree made in A.S.No.45/2008 dated 24.11.2011 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai, confirming the judgment and decree as made in O.S. No. 6 /2005 dated 28.01.2008 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruvannamalai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present second appeal. He has also filed a Memo dated 07.09.2018 to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants and the Memo dated 07.09.2018 filed before this Court, the present second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.

4. Registry is directed to return the following original documents to the learned counsel for the appellants after obtaining photocopies of the same.
