The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2019 and to pass appropriate orders, within a time frame. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's grandfather earned many lands and after his death, the petitioner's father and his two brothers shared the lands. After the UDR (updating Registry) Scheme, the survey numbers of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the lands were changed and the third respondent's name was illegally entered while assigning new survey number. When the petitioner came to know about the same, he made representation to the respondents and since no order was passed, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, enquiry was conducted and the same was concluded and appropriate orders will be passed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed with direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
