O R D E R

The petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer of HMOP.No.2761 of 2020 pending on the file of the III Additional Family Court at Chennai and transfer the same to the Principal Sub Court at Tindivanam. Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience, since the wife is a resident of Avviaiyar Kuppam, Tindivanam Taluk.

2. Heard Mr.G.Baskar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.C.Uma, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that she has no objection for the transfer petition being ordered as prayed for.

4. In view of the said statement, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed, HMOP.No.2761 of 2020 pending on the file of the III Additional Family Court at Chennai, is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

withdrawn and transferred to the Principal Sub Court at Tindivanam. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
