This Contempt Petition has been filed for non compliance of the order dated 23.03.2017 in W.P.No.28058 of 2013.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court against the order dated 23.03.2017 in W.P.No.28058 of 2013, W.A.No.594 of 2018 was preferred and the same was dismissed, against which, the respondents have filed SLP in the Hon'ble Supreme Court, which is pending adjudication. In view of this, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition, subject to the result of the SLP.
